We provide detailed estimates before beginning any project. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Once a quote is agreed upon, a deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule. Payment terms will be outlined in our agreement, and full payment is expected upon project completion unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We take deadlines seriously and work hard to complete projects on time. However, factors such as weather conditions, material availability, or unexpected complications may cause delays. If there are changes in scope, additional costs may apply. We’ll always keep you informed and work with you to adjust plans as needed.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be refundable based on the timeline of cancellation and costs incurred. Custom orders or materials purchased specifically for your project may not be eligible for a refund.
We stand behind our work! Our workmanship is backed by a warranty that ensures your project is done right. Warranty terms will be detailed in your contract, and exclusions may apply for issues related to misuse, natural wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control. If there’s a problem with our work, we’ll make it right – just reach out!
Safety is a priority for our team, our clients, and your property. While we take every precaution to complete work safely and professionally, Hailstones General Contracting LLC is not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or unforeseen complications. We carry appropriate insurance and adhere to industry safety standards.
To ensure a smooth process, we ask our clients to provide clear access to the project site, communicate expectations, and notify us of any concerns regarding the property. If permits or approvals are required, we will guide you through the process, but obtaining them may be the client’s responsibility depending on the scope of work.
